GP DVT Diagnostic Pathway Project Resources

The resources below support the GP DVT Diagnostic Pathway. In the initial pilot stage from 4th August 2008 till 31st March 2010 this project was only available to practices that use Anglesea Clinic to provide after-hours cover. This pathway is now available for all practices in the Waikato DHB area. The GP DVT Diagnostic Pathway referral form must be used for any patients accessing this service.
NB This pathway is active from the 1st April 2010.
