This tool is provided to assist all practices that are not Very low cost funded practices. You will receive the guide and the tool for your individual practice via email from your practice liasion. If you do not receive your guide or tool or have any problems utilising the tool when assisted by the guide please contact your practice liasion.

From 1st July 2010 the Maximum Fee Threshold for Very Low Cost Access funded practices is changing. The new fee threshold is shown in the table below.
